Wild Blackberries

The blackberries are in prime condition for picking up here on Spring Mountain! Ashley and I picked about a gallon and a half a few days ago. They are wild, sweet, and super seedy, so they took a trip through our Food Mill. Now we have a gallon or so of very juicy , mostly seedless blackberry puree, ready for the next step....Jelly!
